1. I’ve never dated. And that’s ok - I’m content with window shopping right now. No sense in buying only to return it later.

2. I’ve met Chuck Norris.

3. I’ve bench-pressed 120 lbs., and that’s when I wasn’t working out. Scotch-Irish breeding at its finest.

4. I’m the unofficial current set designer for SKIT Theater.

5. I sing in the shower, even if I’m at a friend’s house.

6. When petting a dog I don’t know, I always crouch in front of them (no matter their size), and let them smell my face and up-turned hands. People apologize if their dog slobbers on my face, but it’s ok (as long as it’s not in/on my mouth) - dogs can’t say “How d’you do?” as we can, so I figure I’ll give them an opportunity to do so in their own way in order to be comfortable and not threatened.

7. My nickname in my high school choir was “Female Bass,” given by my director himself.

8. I can make BBQ chicken pizza, a breakfast casserole, and great scrambled eggs (among other things), but I canNOT for the life of me make cookies. I destroy them EVERY time.

9. One of my favorite childhood memories: wild night dancing with my sister and cousin while live bagpipe music played in the distance.

10. Last summer, I did a perfect Jack Sparrow swan dive off a rock into a lake pool. It was bliss.
